Spiritual Life at Rise
Rooted in Christian values to ensure students can make positive change in their communities.

-
All faculty and students participate in chapel every Wednesday. Students are supported by a faculty advisor but make decisions on scripture readings, song selections, and prayers.
-
All freshmen are required to take this foundational course which introduces students to the core beliefs, history, and practices of the Christian faith.
Additional religion courses are available to students in other grade levels who wish to deepen their spiritual understanding and discipleship.
-
On Mondays, students participate in either the Brotherhood Collective or the Girls’ Group, creating space for faculty-student mentorship and mental health support.

The Rise Academy Prayer
Father, thank you for being in our lives and for having plans to give us a prosperous future. Thank you that we can do all things through Christ who gives us strength. We are grateful that you never change and that your purposes for us are constant and trustworthy. In Jesus’ Name we pray, Amen.
(Jeremiah 29:11; Philippians 4:13; Malachi 3:6, NIV)
